Evolvens, based in Rzeszów, was founded in response to the growing demand from industrial plants for engineering consultancy, calculation and design services in the field of mechanical engineering.
Evolvens is a synonym for development, which is why we do not shy away from innovative and unconventional solutions that may answer the problem at hand. Our experience and knowledge of machine building are the foundation for providing immediate and professional technical support to the most demanding branches of industry. Frequently asked questions
Do you work only for companies in Rzeszów and south-eastern Poland?
No. The office is based in Rzeszów, but we deliver projects for industrial plants across Poland and for clients abroad. Any work on site, such as a visit to the plant, assembly or commissioning of the machine, is agreed individually for each project during the consultations that come before the work starts.
What should I send to get a quote?
A short description of the problem or the device you need is enough: what it should do, the conditions it will work in and the key requirements. Photos, sketches, drawings, CAD models or documentation of an existing machine help a lot. Based on this we arrange a consultation, agree the scope and prepare a quote. Do you take on prototypes and one-off machines?
Yes. Prototype solutions and machines designed for a specific client are our speciality. We cover the whole process: requirements analysis and concept, design and technical documentation, then manufacturing, assembly and commissioning. Selected parts and subassemblies can first be checked as functional prototypes made by 3D printing or CNC machining before they go into production.
Can I order only the design, the documentation or the calculations?
Yes, the scope is agreed individually. The company was founded to meet industrial plants' demand for engineering consulting, calculation and design services, so we can take on the whole project or selected stages: the concept, the design with technical documentation, or strength verification of a structure using analytical methods and FEA. Details are agreed during the consultation.
How does the first contact work and when are you available?
Every project starts with detailed consultations in which we learn about the problem, the operating conditions and your expectations, and then agree the scope of work. Where does the name EVOLVENS come from?
The involute (Latin: evolvens) is the curve that defines the flanks of gear teeth. The name therefore refers directly to gear design, one of the office's specialities. Evolvens also stands for development, which is why we are open to unusual solutions and start every task by understanding the problem rather than by applying a ready-made template.
