Machine design and construction
We carry out comprehensive projects for machines and equipment tailored to the individual needs of our clients. We specialise in prototype solutions covering the entire process: from analysing the requirements and developing the concept, through design and technical documentation, to manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the finished system. We use advanced CAD software and carry out strength, kinematic and dynamic analyses of critical components using analytical methods and FEM (the Finite Element Method), which ensures the reliability and safety of the design.

What does a machine design project with EVOLVENS include?
The scope can cover the whole process: analysis of requirements and operating conditions, concept, CAD design, calculations and analyses of critical components, technical documentation, and then manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the machine. We can also take on selected stages only. The exact scope is agreed with the client during consultations, before design work begins.
How do you check that the structure will carry the loads?
Critical components are verified with strength, kinematic and dynamic analyses. We use analytical calculations and the finite element method (FEA), which shows the distribution of stresses and deformations, for example in plates and frames. Combining both methods helps catch weak points of the design at the drawing stage, before an expensive machine is built.
Do you also handle manufacturing, assembly and commissioning?
Yes. Beyond the design and technical documentation, we handle manufacturing, assembly and commissioning of the finished equipment. The project therefore does not end with drawings, and the design is proven in real operation. One example is conveyor lines deployed in a timber processing plant. The scope of on-site work is agreed individually for each project.

The cost depends on the scope, the complexity and the stages we are asked to deliver, so we do not publish list prices.
