2. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data only to reply to inquiries sent through the contact form or by email.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

3. Data we process

We only process the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form:

name or company name,
email address,
subject and content of the message.

4. Retention period

Personal data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, that is until the correspondence ends, and then for 3 years for archiving and the possible pursuit of claims.

5. Your rights

Right of access: you can find out whether and how your data is processed.
Right to rectification: you can ask us to correct outdated or incorrect data.
Right to erasure: you can ask us to delete data that is no longer needed.
Right to restriction: you can ask us to suspend processing in certain cases.
Right to data portability: you can receive your data in a structured format.
Right to object: you can object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland), if you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR.

7. Sharing data

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide the service (for example the hosting provider). Data is never sold or made available to marketing companies.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site evolvens.pl uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for statistics. Analytics cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie bar. Without consent, Google Analytics works in a limited mode that does not store cookies on your device. You can change your decision at any time:

Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd.). When it is displayed, Google may receive your device's IP address and set its own cookies in line with its privacy policy.
