Which technologies do you use for rapid prototyping?
We make prototypes by 3D printing and CNC machining. The choice of technology depends on what the prototype is for: checking shape and fit, or testing how it works inside a machine. The technology and manufacturing method are selected once we know the requirements and the conditions in which the part will be tested.
What can be made as a prototype?
We make prototypes of machine parts and subassemblies, production jigs, fixtures and holders, and parts with complex geometry such as a 3D-printed impeller. A prototype can be a model used to check dimensions and fit, or a functional part that is installed in the device and tested in operation.
Why make a prototype before production?
A prototype lets you check the geometry, the fit with other parts and the function of a solution before ordering production of the final parts. Errors found at this stage are usually much cheaper to fix than after a batch or tooling has been made. This is especially useful for new designs and for production jigs and fixtures.
Do I need a finished 3D model to order a prototype?
No. If you have a CAD model or a drawing, we can make the prototype from it. If you only have an idea or a sketch, we can first design the part in CAD and then make and test it as a prototype. The scope of work and the input data needed are agreed during the consultation before the work starts.
Do you make prototypes for companies outside Rzeszów?
Yes. The office is based in Rzeszów, and we work with clients across Poland and abroad on the basis of the models, drawings and requirements they send us.
