Design, upgrade and deployment of industrial automation systems

We offer comprehensive industrial automation services, from designing new control systems, through upgrading existing systems, to full deployment and integration with machines and production lines. We create solutions tailored to specific technological processes, increasing their efficiency, reliability and safety. We work with proven hardware and software platforms. We provide commissioning, trials and post-deployment support.

Questions about this service

Do you upgrade existing control systems or only design new ones?

We do both. We design new control systems for machines and production lines, and we upgrade existing automation systems. The scope of an upgrade is agreed after analysing the current state and consulting with the client. In both cases the solution is matched to the specific technological process, and the work ends with commissioning and trials.

What does deployment of an automation system include?

Deployment includes integrating the control system with the machines or production line, commissioning, trials and post-deployment support. In production automation projects we also train the staff who will operate the new workstation. The client receives a working solution proven in the conditions of their own plant, not just design documentation.

Do you deploy industrial robots and vision systems?

Yes. In production automation projects we integrate control technology, sensors, actuators and industrial robots, both in standalone workstations and in fully integrated lines. Vision systems are used for quality control, part identification and real-time process monitoring. The choice of solutions depends on the process and the client's requirements.

Where does automating a workstation or line start?

It starts with an analysis of the existing line or workstation for throughput, repeatability and ergonomics. Based on that we propose a concept, agree the scope with the client, and then design and deploy the solution. Every project is preceded by detailed consultations in which we learn the technological process and the results the plant expects.

Can automation be combined with the mechanical design of the machine?

Yes. The office also designs machines and drivetrain components, so automation can be planned together with the mechanical design: from requirements analysis, through design and calculations, to assembly, commissioning and trials. One contractor is then responsible for making mechanics and controls work together. The scope of cooperation is agreed individually during consultations.
